Documentation, status reports, quarterly reviews, configuration backups, software patches, threat-detection-feed updates, and remote support during business hours are included in every tier — they are not add-ons.
Out-of-scope work (e.g., a major change request, after-hours emergency for non-Premier clients, AI token usage above tier threshold) is billed at the rate in our rate card and previewed before any work begins.

Yes. The 30-minute discovery call and the 60-90 minute on-site assessment are both free. You receive a written design and a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours of the visit. No payment is due until you sign a Statement of Work.
No. Managed services renew monthly until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. The optional 24-month retainer discount exists for clients who want price stability, but it is opt-in.
Tier 1 hardware is yours — you bought it. Tier 2/3 hardware is leased as part of the subscription; if you leave, you have the option to purchase the hardware at depreciated value or return it.
Tier 3 includes a monthly token threshold appropriate to typical organizational use. If you exceed it, the overage is billed at the per-1000-token rate listed in our rate card — surfaced in your monthly status report so there are no surprises.
Yes. Tier upgrades and downgrades happen at month boundaries with 30 days notice. Tier 1 → Tier 2 requires hardware deployment and one cutover day. Tier 2 → Tier 3 is software-only and typically completed in a single business day.
