• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule discovery calls or assessments
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and statements of work
• Deliver contracted services and ongoing managed support
• Send occasional service-related communications (we do not send marketing email blasts)

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties
• We do not use your information to train AI models or external systems
• We do not place advertising trackers on this website
• We do not share client network architecture, credentials, or business details with anyone outside our engagement

4. Data Security

Client information is stored on encrypted local systems and on encrypted cloud backup. Credentials and access tokens are stored in a hardware-backed password manager. We follow the same network security baseline we deploy for clients — VLAN segmentation, firewall hardening, MFA on admin accounts, and patching.

5. Data Retention

We retain client engagement records (proposals, SOWs, network documentation, invoices) for seven years after the end of an engagement, consistent with standard business and tax record requirements. Discovery-call notes from prospects who do not become clients are deleted within 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use third-party advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and DNS provider (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies required for site delivery and basic security. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to records-retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent for further communications
